Subscription, cancellation and Direct Debit terms

Engineer membership costs £6.99 each month and renews automatically monthly until cancelled. TTP is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not separately charged. Any future price change will be notified before the next affected renewal.

Before commitment, checkout will display the service, total recurring price, billing frequency, minimum duration (one month), cancellation method and provider. The customer must actively confirm the order. Confirmation and these terms will be emailed or otherwise supplied in a form that can be saved.

If selected, the authorised provider will collect the recurring amount. The payer will receive advance notice of collection dates or changes and the Direct Debit Guarantee. Bank details are supplied to the provider and are not stored by TTP.

Cancel at any time through the account area or by emailing support@thetradeprofessionals.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month unless law requires otherwise. Keep confirmation.

TTP is intended for business users. If a subscriber is legally treated as a consumer, applicable 14-day cancellation rights remain. Where immediate digital access is requested, checkout must obtain the legally required express request and acknowledgement. Statutory refunds are not restricted.

A failed, cancelled or reversed payment may place membership past due and suspend paid features after notice. TTP will not charge unannounced penalty fees. Outstanding lawful charges remain payable.

Requests are assessed under the contract and applicable law. Duplicate or unauthorised charges and material service failures will be investigated promptly. Nothing excludes statutory remedies.

The supplier is TTP The Trade Professionals LTD. The authorised payment or Direct Debit provider, collection date and any applicable advance-notice period will be identified before the member commits to payment and confirmed by email.
